This dish MUST be tasted to be believed.
There are few dishes that evoke memories quite like Bubble & Squeak!

Born in humble British kitchens, Bubble & Squeak was the delicious answer to Sunday roast leftovers. Families would gather around the stove the next day, transforming roast vegetables into something wonderfully golden and crisp. Its charming name came from the cheerful bubbling and squeaking sounds as it cooked away in the pan, a sound that meant comfort & home, and another meal shared together.

We’ve taken that timeless classic and given it a delicious twist, Red Brik’s Bubble & Squeak Waffle!

Our savoury waffle is loaded with roast vegetables, topped with tender roast lamb, then smothered in rich, hearty gravy. Served with crispy chips and, because you can never have too much gravy, an extra jug on the side.

A little taste of tradition, a whole lot of comfort, and the kind of meal that feels like a warm hug.
