We’re often asked, is everything really made here? in this small kitchen? 😊

And I love answering this question.

YES. ❤️

ALL of our products are made in-house by our four pastry chefs: Judy, Brianah, Abigail and Tomoe.

Our bread is made and baked at our Lilydale bakery by our baker, Dylan.

All of them have been trained and supervised by Prosper since day one.

Our first pastry chef starts at midnight. Our last pastry chef finishes at 6pm. It’s a tight organisation, but we make it work!

That’s what we call a Boulangerie-Pâtisserie. ❤️

We don’t use pre-mixes. We don’t outsource any of our products. Everything is made fresh, every day.

No National Pies. No industrial suppliers. Just our team, displaying their talents

We’re super proud of the amazing work they produce every single day.

CLOSED Monday & Tuesday for major floor works 🚧👷‍♂️

The shop floor on George Street needs re-doing, so we’re forced to shut the doors for 2 days.

The good side? Our bakery is going to feel brand new! And all the staff gets an extra day off 🥳

We can’t wait to see how it all looks on Wednesday morning! 😍
