What a way to celebrate 40 years of New Horizons Tasmania

It was such a privilege to welcome the New Horizons community back to Tailrace for their 40th Anniversary Crocodile Dundee Gala. A night full of dancing, brilliant outfits, plenty of generosity and a whole lot of fun.

Congratulations to the New Horizons Tasmania team, volunteers, members and everyone who has been part of those 40 years. We loved having you back at Tailrace to celebrate it.

Sometimes an afternoon break on the Wedding Lawn is just what the agenda needs. It's a chance to stretch the legs, get some fresh air and keep the conversations going.

And as always we're always happy to follow with a glass of bubbles and plenty of hot food.

Tasmanian Ribeye: Applewood-smoked Tasmanian beef ribeye with fondant potato, Café de Paris butter, and jus.

Tasmanian Fillet of Beef: With sweet potato mash, prosciutto-wrapped green beans, and Manuka honey jus.

Choosing between the two? It's a tough call.

Once again, it was a privilege to welcome Tas TAFE to Tailrace and share in such a special day for their graduates.

There were plenty of proud families, friends and employers in the room, celebrating the achievements of Tasmania's builders, chefs, electricians, beauticians and so many more.

A pretty special moment to pause, celebrate how far you've come, and look forward to what's next.

The Freycinet Room has plenty of space to showcase products, meet people and create conversations across your industry.

It's a flexible space that can be shaped to suit your trade show, with room for around 45 trade tables in the Freycinet Room, or around 80 when the bi-fold doors open into the Tamar and Cradle Rooms. And if 80 isn't quite enough, we can always get a little creative with the layout.
