Matured in ex-Sherry fortified wine casks from Jerez, Spain, El Sol is a well-rounded, rich, smooth, and complex whisky. Expect notes of orange peel and blossom, and smoky oak on the nose, with a nice balance of oak and fruit sweetness with a slight smoke on the palate. ๐Ÿชต๐ŸŠ
