This weeks Greek red by the glass Domaine Skouras Agiorgitiko from Nemea. A smooth, medium bodied red with ripe blackberry, raspberry and strawberry flavours. Notes of clove, cinnamon, vanilla and black pepper lead to soft, elegant tannins and a lingering red fruit finish. Similar to a cool climate Australian Shiraz. Fruit forward and gently spiced, but softer and more elegant. Available by the glass and bottle to dine in and can be purchased to take home.
