π· Sinapius Vineyard π·
The final stop on this part of our w**e tour brought us to Sinapius Vineyard, nestled in the heart of Tasmaniaβs beautiful Pipers Brook w**e region.
Their story began in 2005, when Linda and her late husband Vaughn, purchased the original two-hectare vineyard with a shared dream - to grow exceptional fruit and create the finest w**es Tasmanian could be proud of, with as little intervention as possible.
Sinapius, the name carries a strong family history, coming from Lindaβs family ancestry, weaving the vineyardβs history and heritage into every bottle.
Walking through the beautiful cellar doors, we were warmly welcomed by Kim, whose genuine hospitality made the experience all the more special. There was incredible attention to detail everywhere we looked - from the thoughtful w**emaking and philosophy behind each w**e, right through to the exquisite labels.
But it was the story behind the w**es that stayed with us the most.
Hearing about the family, the meaning behind the w**e names and the love that has been poured into this place, made Sinapius feel like so much more than a workplace.
Kim was an exceptional host, sharing the story with such warmth and generosity. We were also incredibly fortunate to meet Linda herself, and we are so grateful for the time spent with us.
Sinapius Vineyard was truly memorable π·π₯π
