Every year, our community comes together to remember those we've lost, support those impacted by su***de, and remind one another that no one has to face life's challenges alone.
Join us for a morning of connection, hope and community as we walk together to raise awareness and start important conversations about mental health and su***de prevention.

If you would like the name of a loved one included in the remembrance, please email your request to su***[email protected] before the event.
Our trained Peer Support Volunteers will be available throughout the morning to provide a safe, supportive space for anyone who may need a conversation or some additional support.
The morning will include:
🎵 Live music and a coffee van from Rafaels Coffee
🎤 Guest speakers
🕊️ A special remembrance to honour loved ones lost to su***de
🚶 A community walk through Woodend
☕ Time to connect with others afterwards
Whether you walk in memory of someone, in support of a loved one, or simply to stand alongside your community, everyone is welcome.
Together, we can reduce stigma, encourage hope, and remind people that help is available and that every conversation matters.
