Thanks to the legends at Condesa Co. Lab & Headlands Coffee for hosting this event where we got to cup a table full of experimental lots and dive into the process behind them.

If you’ve been drinking our coffee for a while, you already know we back Edwin hard. His innovative and experimental processes are really exciting for the industry and coffee drinkers alike.

Hearing him break down his approach just reaffirmed why we keep going back.

We’ve got more Edwin Noreña lots on the way and we can’t wait to keep drinking these coffees with you!

WE’VE MOVED!!! 🚚

It’s always good to take a moment to be reflective because progress in business can feel really slow most days - or even like you’re taking a step backwards. This week we gave back our keys to our first roastery! I remember how daunting it felt signing that first lease.

We’ve had cuppings, collabs, pop ups, we’ve fit more people into that tiny space than clowns in a clown car. 
We’ve pulled ridiculously late nights roasting for subscriptions and shot countless trick shots.

Thank you to everyone who’s backed us so far - we’re only just getting started!

We’re excited to welcome you all into the new space soon 🥳

Green apple lollies, marshmallow sweetness, subtle amaretto.
Structured, balanced, quietly expressive.

🔥 FIRE — Ethiopia | Girma Bekele
Kurume • Carbonic Maceration (Natural Anaerobic)
This one tastes purple: grape, wine gums, florals.
Juicy, fruit-forward, and very Fire.

Roasted in small batches in Newy.
Available for home, wholesale guest rotations, and online.
