Alright, confession time.

Floating Dragon has evolved and come back with a dough addiction.
We’re now Dough Bludgers.

We’re cooking apologetically carb heavy food. Real Neapolitan Pizzas and Panuozzo made for real appetites, not small plates or self control.

You won’t find us at our old location. In fact, you might find it a bit of a challenge to find us at all.
We’ve gone mobile and we’ll be popping up in some unlikely places, so following us is the only way to be in the know.

Same people, same standards, just a harder lean into comfort food done properly.
If you were into Floating Dragon, then this is very much your next bad decision.

As the old saying goes "Less is sometimes more" , this is at the very heart of our interpretation of this Cantonese classic, 'Australian King Prawns with Black Fungus'.
Our approach to enjoy the delicate flavour and texture is to apply a light touch of aromatics that compliment rather than mask the natural flavours of great produce.

Our focus this winter is to step back into traditional Chinese cuisine and prepare some of the most renowned favourites for you to enjoy off our new winter menu.
Zui ji (Drunken Chicken) as featured below represents a famous dish with origins from the Zhejiang Province. Whilst simple in appearance, the balance of ginger , green onion , garlic and Shaoxing will certainly excite the palate.
Floating Dragon is pleased to offer this and many more traditional favourites from Thursday till Saturday from 6p.m. Onwards
