Coming up this Saturday May 2nd, you’ll find me at the Lake Cathie Community Hub for their annual Autumn Fair. This is always a great day! Community services showcasing what they offer, kids creative corner, local arts & crafts, live music… plus me serving up Coffee, Chai & a few little treats. Come along anytime from 10am-2pm & explore the stalls, have a cuppa & see what they’re doing in the community gardens

I had to share this amazing artwork by local artist Jan Wilson… she is so incredibly talented! I just bought this one from her to put on my wall as it is of me in my coffee corner when I was running the ‘Little Bush Market’ at my folks… it is titled ‘Cassie’s Cafe’ 😊 Jan was the resident artist for the last 3 years, drawing amongst the bustling market vibes… she has an exhibition coming up soon so I’d highly recommend you check out more of her work!

It’s a new year… 2026 what will you bring!? More Chai goodness!? I have now been making Chai for 2 years & it has been so well received & loved… I can’t believe the response from my local community. I have always loved chai but I didn’t realise how much of a chai lover revival there has been! Thankyou to everyone that has supported me in this journey & to Amy for encouraging me to pursue the chai dream… she is a gem 💎 & so amazingly supportive of everyone & everything local, homemade & organic. Hello folks! This batch is ready for delivery to & ready for Xmas & the silly season 😁🎄I will be closing up shop for a month so if you would like to purchase any Chai before Xmas get in touch or pop in to see my friends that stock these goodies & they’ll sort you out! I also now have refill bags in both sizes… the bags are 100% compostable & will refill your jars perfectly! Last orders to be in by Monday Dec 15, to be ready for you before Xmas.
