I would like to introduce you to this week's special…
La Pizza Carbonara.
This pizza comes with thinly sliced Guanciale (cured pork cheek) on a mozzarella Fior di Latte base, topped with egg yolk, parmiggiano, pecorino and garlic oil.

Carbonara is definitely one of the most popular and delicious sauces, one of my go-to when I have guests at home, a beautiful combination of flavours melting together.
Available while the Guanciale lasts.

As the sun is shining and we get ready for another weekend, I would like to introduce you to the Taleggio cheese.
This very creamy and seasoned cheese takes it's name from the "Taleggio Valley" in North Italy, where it was first created as a necessity to preserve excess milk from going bad.

You can try this flavoursome cheese on the "5 Cheeses Special": Fior di latte mozzarella, garlic oil, Taleggio cheese, provolone cheese, parmesan and pecorino, topped with fresh cherry tomatoes. For 26$
Or you can add it to any pizza of your liking

I would also like to inform you that "La Porchetta" pizza is back: roasted pork belly on house made tomato sauce, fior di latte, friarielli, Rosemary, provolone cheese and garlic oil. For 27$

Hello everyone 🤗

This week's special will remain "The Porchetta"
This crispy pork belly rolled and roasted, comes with marinated friarielli (Rapini), provolone cheese and rosemary on fior di latte and hand made tomato sauce base.

Also, we would like to remind you:
-Vegan cheese available
-Gluten Free base option now available upon ordering, a minimum of 24h notice is needed 🙏🏿
-"Little Romulus", a baby pizza with mild salami, is now available, I'll adjust the online menu soon :)

After a great trip to Italy for business and family time, we are very happy to be back!

I need to advise you that Toscano Pizzeria will be closed between
Monday 8/6 and Tuesday 23/6

We will be back Wednesday the 24th of June.

I am going to Italy, where I'll be meeting some suppliers and seeing my family.

We are trading our regular hours until then!

Introducing our Saturday special …

La Genovese !

Pesto alla Genovese (basil pesto) originates from Genoa in Liguria, Italy.
My grandparents migrated from Sicilia to Genoa and were married there. That’s a long story for another time.. but from this story, my father was born and he embraced the culinary traditions of the place he was born.

My pesto recipe came from my father’s cucina (kitchen) to me.

This morning we prepared this pesto by hand and tonight we offer you a taste of Genoa on a pizza.

With its bright green pesto base, La Genovese comes topped with crispy potato, green beans, pine nuts, parmesan and pecorino.

For those who need their meat, we suggest adding our sausage to this great green delight.
