Boasty spent the arvo cupping some newly landed coffees with our mates Commonfolk Coffee

Isaac and Sam were at Everyday Coffee showcasing their fresh Ugandan beans, and Phill happily worked his way through the cupping bowls — slurping, sniffing and searching for the standouts.

We’re always on the hunt for something special, and there were definitely a few coffees that caught our attention.

So, keep your eyes peeled… we might just be bringing another cracking selection into the Boasty mix very soon.

Finally! You've been asking and now its here! Introducing our latest filter roast at Boasty Roasty
This coffee is designed to titillate taste buds with its light fruity aromatic notes.

A single-origin coffee from the renowned Paraiso Farm, nestled in the rolling hills of Minas Gerais, Southern Brazil.

The Yellow Catuai variety of bean has undergone a natural anaerobic fermentation process, creating a beautifully sweet cup with delightful dried fruit notes and a smooth, complex finish.

Freshly roasted right here in Korumburra in our shop, this exceptional coffee is now available at Boasty Roasty Home Base in both 250g and 500g bags, or bring a friend and come sit in while we pop on the Moccamaster!

Good morning, coffee lovers!

Today's special comes all the way from Wales... well, the idea does anyway.

Meet our take on the legendary Glamorgan sausage. A vegetarian favourite that's been around since the 18th century, packed with cheese, leeks and breadcrumbs.
We've taken one look at it and thought, "You know what this needs? To be a slice."
So that's exactly what we've done.

It's cheesy, savoury, delightfully Welsh-ish, and pairs beautifully with a hot Boasty coffee. No dragons were harmed in the making of this slice.

Pop in and give it a crack before it's all gone.

What's for lunch? We got some AWESOME feedback from one of Boasty's Besties that said our roasts were all tasting a bit ...

What's for lunch? We got some AWESOME feedback from one of Boasty's Besties that said our roasts were all tasting a bit the same, our bad we were getting carried away with our house roast rub. Not today! Today we are making some Peruvian Roast Chicken, served in our roll with fresh crunchy lettuce. We had to source some hard to come by ingredients and we know it'll be something special! See you from 11:30.
