Sometimes you don’t need to go far to find a little bit of peace.

The Goanna Walking Track is a beautiful 3.2km walk with some amazing views, plenty of fresh air and a peaceful space to switch off from the world for a while. 🌳☀️

Far enough away from the noise and socialisation to enjoy some quiet… but still close enough to home. 🤎

Perfect for a morning walk, an afternoon wander, or just clearing your head and taking in what we’re lucky enough to have right on our doorstep.

🗞️ Well… the rumours can finally be put to bed! 😄

We’re excited to announce that Koondrook General Store is officially the new Retail Agency for newspapers in Koondrook! 🎉

So yes… your daily papers are here, and we’ll continue to keep you covered.

We’ve heard a few different stories doing the rounds lately, but the best place to get the facts is straight from us! 😉

This is a huge milestone for our little town. The Retail Agency was taken away from Koondrook back in 2014… and now, 12 years later, it’s officially back where it belongs! ❤️

We’re also proud to be Koondrook’s Information Centre, so whether you’re a local or just passing through, we’re here to help.
