With our Swedish superstar Julie heading off for farm work, we have a spot opening for a new team member!

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys customer service, takes pride in their work, and is excited by the idea of becoming part of a small, community-focused specialty cafe long term.

Great for uni students, locals, or someone with reliable transport (around a 16-minute walk from Yarraville Station).

The role:
• Casual position with regular weekend shifts (primarily Fridays & Saturdays, with some Sundays)
• Strong barista experience essential
• Opportunity to continue developing your coffee skills alongside experienced baristas in a quality-focused cafe
• Light food preparation
• Comfortable with opening and/or closing the cafe independently after training
• Confident working in a small team and taking initiative during quieter periods

365 days at Westerly!

Thank you to everyone who has walked through our door and made Westerly part of their routine. Over the past year, we’ve shared countless chats, watched puppies grow into dogs, and happily made fools of ourselves trying to get a smile out of every baby that has come through.

It’s a privilege to spend our days as part of this community, and we’re incredibly grateful to be here.
