Ssam means "wrapped" in Korean. A centuries-old tradition, it's all about wrapping meat and fresh flavours in crisp leaves for the perfect bite.

Our version features Byron Bay Berkshire pork belly, Korean leaves, pineapple ginger pickles and chilli soy paste!
