This microwave Dot Cake is a fun way to keep the little snack monsters busy during the hols.

Ready in minutes.
Less mess, with plenty of yum!

MICROWAVE DOT CAKE
Recipe by

~You’ll Need~

For the cake:🌈
Β½ cup almond flour
Β½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
ΒΌ cup yoghurt
1 egg
Β½ tsp vanilla extract

To top:
Table of Plenty 100’s & 1000’s Choc Topped Mini Rice Cakes
Whipped cream or buttercream frosting

~Make It~

Add all cake ingredients to a microwave-safe dish and mix until smooth.
Microwave for 2½–3 minutes, or until cooked through.
Top with whipped cream or buttercream frosting.
Finish with Table of Plenty 100’s & 1000’s Choc Topped Mini Rice Cakes.

This gut-loving chia porridge topped with a dreamy dragon fruit mousse is as fun as it is delicious.

Made with our creamy probiotic kefir yoghurt, it’s packed with good bacteria and gut-loving goodness.

GUT-LOVING CHIA PORRIDGE WITH DRAGON FRUIT MOUSSE
Recipe by πŸ’—
Serves 2–4

~You’ll need~
Chia Porridge
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups Table of Plenty Kefir
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup

Dragon Fruit Mousse
1 cup Table of Plenty Kefir
1 cup pre-soaked cashews
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup frozen dragon fruit
/4 cup maple syrup

Toppings
Fresh pomegranate
Frozen cherries
Dark choc mini rice cakes (for crunch)

~Make it~

Blend all chia porridge ingredients, pour into jars halfway and refrigerate until set.

Blend mousse ingredients until thick and smooth.

Pipe or spoon the mousse over the chia base.

Top with pomegranate, cherry and crushed choc mini rice cakes for extra crunch.

Serve and enjoy.

This Strawberry Dot Cake Jar is giving tiny trifle vibes.

And yes, the β€œcake” is thanks to our Table of Plenty 100’s & 1000’s Rice Cakes. Softened with milk and layered with our extra thick vanilla Kefir yoghurt and strawberry jam.

We may be biased, but it's berry cute without trying too hard πŸ˜‰

STRAWBERRY JAM DOT CAKE JAR
Recipe by

~You’ll need~
4 x Table of Plenty 100’s & 1000’s Rice Cakes
2 tbsp milk
Vanilla Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp strawberry jam
Rainbow sprinkles, to decorate

~Make it~

Place rice cakes in a shallow bowl, pour over milk and soak until softened but still holding their shape.

Spoon a little yoghurt into the base of a 120ml jar. Add 2 rice cakes, dot with half the jam, then spoon over some yoghurt.

Repeat with the remaining rice cakes, jam and yoghurt.

Finish with a thick layer of yoghurt, using the thickest yoghurt from the tub.

Dip the top into sprinkles and serve, or chill until ready to enjoy.

~YOU'LL NEED~

12 x TOP 100s & 1000s Sprinkles Mini Rice Cakes
60g Caramilk chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
50g rice bubbles
40g extra Caramilk

~MAKE IT~

1. Melt Caramilk with coconut oil in the microwave for 30-second bursts.

2. Stir through rice bubbles until coated.

3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions into a mini muffin mould and press firmly.

4. Melt extra Caramilk and drizzle on top, then finish with a TOP Sprinkles Rice Cake.

5. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

~ Biscoff White Choc Kefir Ice Cream ~
Recipe by
Serves 4

Blend:
250ml Table of Plenty Vanilla Protein Kefir
80g frozen banana (1 small)
1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
2 tbsp Biscoff spread

β†’ Pour into 80ml silicone moulds and freeze 6+ hours.
β†’ Dip in melted white choc and sprinkle with crushed Biscoff biscuits.

πŸ’ DYK our creamy lactose-free kefir is FODMAP certified?

Made from slow fermented fresh Aussie milk, its full of good, friendly bacteria and live cultures.

The slighty lumpy texture is a sign that the good bacteria is still working. Simply give it a shake to make it creamy.

CHERRY BAKED OATS
(makes 2 serves)

~ Ingredients ~
1 x banana
1 cup of Red Tractor Australian Rolled Oats
1 cup frozen cherries
1/4 cup of coconut
2 tabs of honey
1.5 cups Table of Plenty Probiotic Kefir
Sprinkle of Cinnamon

~How to Make~
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a bowl mush one banana
Add in oats.
Add in cherries (pre-thaw)
Pour over honey (option to mix with 2 tabs boiled water)
Add in coconut
Pour over kefir
Mix well
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Split between 2 x mini ramekins
Bake for approx 20 mins (or until golden on top)
Serve with a drizzle of Kefir on top!
Enjoy.
