We're looking for a new team member to join the Maxie crew!

Ideally, you'll have 1–2 years of barista experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced café environment.

New to coffee but have a great attitude and front of house experience? We'd still love to hear from you. We can start you on front of house and help you build your coffee skills over time.

What we're looking for:
☕ Positive, can-do attitude
☕ Reliable and willing to learn
☕ Around 25 hours per week available
☕ Weekend availability and flexibility are a big plus
☕ Full Australian working rights
☕ Currently living in Hobart (or able to relocate)

We bought this electric blower just to replace the manual squeeze blower on our EK grinder.

Now everyone is using it to clean... well, pretty much everything. 😂

It's ridiculously powerful, saves time, and somehow makes cleaning coffee grinds oddly satisfying.

10/10. Would buy again. ☕💨

Sam has her own healthy hives with happy bees, who produce enough honey to share it with us here at Maxie.
