Throwback to last year's Easter party boxes - unfortunately this year we won't be doing the Easter special orders, in fact we're heading into an extended break after our last 2 sessions at Franko. We'll potentially be back in the winter for a huge event though ❄️

Super time-consuming but definitely one of our most sought after fish on the Omakase Box - 🐟blue mackerel season is back!! It'll be part of the Box this week, the rich, sweet and fatty flavour of the fish is greatly balanced with the peppery taste of freshly grated ginger.
