Today we said a bittersweet goodbye to two dear friends who are moving to the mainland. 🥺💔

Ian – who has been working alongside us in the kitchen for the past three years. He’s always been the quiet one, but his attentiveness and meticulous care have brought so much inspiration to our team. He has been such a reliable team member and we’re truly grateful that he chose to join us back then. Thank you for everything you’ve given to our kitchen and our little family Ian!👨‍🍳

Eve – many of you may already know her. She’s an incredibly talented chocolatier 🍫. We first got to know her as a regular customer at Panko Chan, and over time she became one of our closest friends. We’ve shared food insights, life’s little joys, and so many sweet moments together.

We’ve always felt that Panko Chan is more than just a business or a workplace. It’s a special place in our lives – a stage where we’ve met people from this incredible community and all over the world, listened to their amazing stories and experiences, and shared happiness together.

We truly wish Ian and Eve all the best as they begin their new journeys on the mainland. May your next chapters be filled with wonderful discoveries and joy.

We’ll miss you both. ❤️

A little update from us ❤️

We’ve decided to merge our lunch and dinner menus — no more separate menus, just one complete lineup of your Pankochan favorites, available all day.

For the past few years, we’ve done our best to keep prices steady, absorbing rising costs from every direction. But to ensure Pankochan can continue serving our lovely community for the long run, we’ve had to make a difficult decision and adjust some of our prices.

We’re deeply grateful for the love and support people have shown us over the years. Please know that this change doesn’t come lightly — we truly appreciate your understanding.

Our promise remains the same: to serve you delicious, high-quality food with the warmth and care you deserve.
