I would like to advise that Phoebe's has now closed for trading.
It has been an unforgettable 6 1/2 years with some amazing times. I started Phoebe's as a 19 year old girl full of passion for the hospitality industry and wanting to make Phoebe's my own. I feel I did that.
I am so greatful for everyone who supported me during the years, however the time has come to move on. At 26 its time to move on to the next stage of life.
Within months of taking over the local Caravan Park closed for 12 months. I learnt a lot about resilience and what it takes to run a business in lean times. But then a pandemic came along and that was something none of us have ever experienced.
Now I find with the current economic uncertainty that not only is it tough financially for everyone but my love for it has also diminished.
So I wanted to go out loving what I created and walk away knowing that I gave it all my all.
Once again, for all of you who have supported me I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
