Come over for dinner at our place!

Join us for an evening of great food, great company and great tunes. Executive Chef Gary Burns will be bringing his modern take on classic American flavours.

Forget the ribs and burgers. How about fresh baked cornbread with chilli honey butter and spiced tomato jam instead? Maryland crab cakes with Frank’s hot sauce aioli, dill, apple & fennel?

If that didn’t whet your appetite, brace yourself for dishes like smoked beef brisket with grilled New York stripling, corn puree, charred baby corn and a BBQ jus. Try and resist sticky maple pork belly, with a pickled red slaw, jalapeño, crackle and chilli caramel.

Our garden courtyard is the perfect place for, well, pretty much everything. Relaxing. Catching up with friends. Coffee with your favourite pooch. Babycinos with the kids. Business meetings. Starting the day. Ending the day.

However you use it, we love our open space and the gentle breeze, any time of day. But especially weekends.

Example A: local courtyard aficionado .coach relaxing out the back at table 38, a definite crowd favourite.

The Fat Goose Kincumber is OPEN!

Kicking off from this morning, come and see us for your morning and tasty treats like our famous Breakfast Burrito and Fat Goose Pies.

Many of you will recognise the smiling face behind the counter - our fabulous Ella has come over from our Killcare cafe to bring you the very best Goose experience.

We will be open Monday to Friday 6:30am to 2pm, with Saturdays coming very soon.

Our covered seating area will be up and running in the next month. Good things take time!

Super excited to join .coau and .restore in this great location. We can’t wait to meet all our new faces, as well as see our Killcare customers for the same great coffee and service.
