HELLO TO ALL OUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS !

As you all know, today / tonight is our last day of trade in our Kialla location

We wanted to take the time to say thank you to each and everyone of you who have shown constant support while we have been here we guys are amazing

We will be returning for food truck events re starting as of Jan 2026

There are ribs and our full menu on starting from right now so come on down and join us on our last day in town

Thank you all again and look forward to seeing you all soon for some amazing bbq!

HI EVERYONE !!

We are only here for 1 more week until we close our Kialla location !

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Saturday 8th being our last night of trade for anyone wanting ribs meals , share plates, or beef ribs as a single item, we will be taking pre orders for both Friday and Saturday starting tonight, cut off for pre orders will be Wednesday 5th!

We don't want any leftover ribs once we are done so don't miss out and contact us asap as they will not be available in store on the day

Lastly a massive thank you to all who have shown their support while we have been here, buisness has been going amazingly

We love you all !

Up for sale is our awesome Yoder YS1500

It holds 6 whole briskets at a time or up to 20 racks of beef ribs , this smoker can also be used as a warming meat holder after the smoking process is finished

It is pellet fed so no need to be an expert to run the unit !

Over the last few weeks, we have been asked by a few regular customers if we can bring out some new burgers as they have tried them all and are after something different

!!! SO ONCE AGAIN WE LISTENED !!!

SAY HELLO TO OUR NEW DIY BURGER AND SANDWICH BAR !!!

NO NEED TO PICK A BURGER FROM THE MENU ANYMORE YOU CHOOSE EVERYTHING!!

Now you can come in store, pick your bun,cheese,sauces, and toppings it's completely up to you

WE ARE EVEN ADDING POTATO CAKES AS A BUN OPTION!

You can still order the OG burgers we have on our menu, but this way, your burger never has to be made the same it can be something different each time to keep it fresh and exciting !
