Sweet Chilli Sauce with Ginger & Lime from .fig.farm at Hannam Vale.

It’s sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy — a flavour bomb that works with loads of things. Here’s some suggestions:

Prawns – pan-fried, skewered, or tossed through a noodle salad.

Chicken stir-fry – use it as part of your stir-fry sauce mix.

Roast chicken wraps – add to wraps with salad and avocado.

Asian-style noodle salad – toss with rice noodles, shredded veg, coriander and mint.

Dipping sauce for dumplings, gyoza, or meatballs

Drizzle over skewers on a platter with lime wedges and herbs
