Barista/ Front of House Wanted, both part-time and full-time positions are considered.

- Minimum 2 years working experience in specialty coffee. Knowledge in dialling in grinders (Mythos 1, EK43), setting espresso yields (La Marzocco Classic Linea), flavour balance, making alternative brews (Moccamaster) and latte art is expected.
- Front of house service is needed. Please do not apply if you only want to work behind the machine.
- Pride in your work while consistently delivering great products and services.
- Have positive attitude and willingness to learn.

We are looking for a FULL-TIME barista to join our team in Kensington. Part-time position is also available for right candidate.

- At least 2 years working experience in specialty cafe and high volumes

- Be able to dialling in and adjusting the grinder including Mythos, EK43, La Marzocco Linea regularly through out service.

- Must speak English fluently

- Must have a full work right.

We are also after someone who can provide excellent customer service skills and has the willingness to jump on other positions if required.

Experience is a must. All candidates are required to make few coffees and at least 1-hour trial before landing a job. We can access your skills very quickly, so if you are not confident with your coffee skills or lack of experience, we recommend you to not to apply.

This also requires you to do all-rounder jobs, including taking orders, serving and cleaning. Baristas who prefer to work with machines only are recommended not to apply.

Casual pay/ Part-time package is paid in accordance with Fair Work, commensurates with your experience. Full-time will be offered to the right candidate. We prefer someone who can work more hours
