Then somehow they knew every regular by name, the best shots to order, and exactly how to pour a proper pint.

Then came the classic: “Give us a yell if you ever need a hand.”

Next thing we know, they’re behind the bar on a Friday.

Now they’re running the kitchen, running the floor, training staff, sorting playlists, handling the operations, and keeping the whole place moving.

Meanwhile, we’re just trying to remember what day it is.

Turns out hiring your customers can be the best thing you’ll ever do… .
