China has been perfecting the art of dumpling making since the Sung dynasty. Chinese dumplings may be round or crescent-shaped, boiled or pan-fried. The filling may be sweet or savoury; vegetarian or filled with meat and vegetables. Michael’s Steamed Dumplings are from Northern China, where Michael brings his homemade Steam Dumplings Recipes to Australia. Each dumpling is freshly handmade in front of customer and contains special soup in the dumplings.
