FROM MUDGEE TO THE BLUE MOUNTAINS.

TORO y VINO started with a simple idea: bring together great Australian Wagyu, w**e, and the food we love to cook.

From the paddocks and vineyards of Gooree Park in Mudgee, to our little kitchen at Arriba in Leura.

For one night, we’re taking their Wagyu and working through the whole animal—from humble cuts like tendon, lengua and oxtail, through to tenderloin, short rib and striploin.

Along the way, you’ll find flavours that tell you exactly who we are: Filipino, Mexican and Australian.

Not a traditional steak dinner.
Not quite a degustation either.
Just Arriba doing Wagyu our way.
