Fun fact: it takes us three days to make our dough.

We start with a poolish 3 days out from an event, that’s mixed in to a dough about 48h before go time. This helps develop flavour, a crispier crust and is better for digestion. Then we ball them up like this before their final proof 🍕

The sun was out (for the most part) and we had the best day at the GV Wedding Expo today! Thanks to everyone who came and said hi, and tried some of our pizza and grazing table!

Just over two months in and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the support so far!

The response to Paradise Pizza has been incredible - from backyard parties to private events, it’s been so much fun helping people celebrate their big events.

Thanks to everyone who’s booked us, shared a post, recommended us to friends, or eaten more pizza than planned at an event 😅

We’ve got some fun things coming and can’t wait for what’s ahead 🤍

Well that was a Baptism of Fire!🔥 the sun was out, the vibes were high and people certainly brought their appetites!

It was so nice to see some incredibly hard working people, who care for our community day in, day out be able to step away from work and catch their breath, and importantly, have a good laugh!

Each of the guests brought their own artwork to be judged by and we brought the pizza!

These guys were an absolute joy to be around (we could hear the cackles out in the street 😆) - thanks for having us and to for the pics 📷
