If it ain’t broke… don’t change the gnocchi.

Our ‘OG’ Fried Gnocchi has been on the menu for eight years. We tried to change it but you made it very clear: some favourites are best left exactly as they are.

So, we listened. The original is back and still the best fried gnocchi in town.

Happy 10 years, Chef ❤️

Ten years ago, we hired an entire island and married at sunset.

Since then, we’ve travelled to many more islands, chased countless sunsets and toasted our way with plenty of cocktails and, when the occasion calls for it, a bottle of Dom Pérignon 🥂

Here’s to many more years of adventures, incredible dinners, beautiful sunsets, bottles of Dom and perhaps another business or two, because clearly we do it best together.

I promise to always be ready for your next crazy business idea, open another bottle of Dom at any excuse, and when no one else will do it, happily be your kitchen hand.

Thank you for being the best husband, chef and business partner I could ever ask for. I love doing this crazy, wonderful life with you.
