Our most talked about dessert almost never made the menu. 🍌

It’s hard to believe now, but 9 years ago when we opened Jensen’s, our famous Banana Pudding nearly didn’t make the cut.

Chef Carl was adamant it belonged on the menu. I thought it was too simple.

Fast forward 9 years and I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Today it’s our highest-selling menu item, has amassed a cult following, and earned its place as a true Jensen’s icon. Thousands upon thousands of puddings later, guests still come in specifically for that combination of banana pudding, sticky cream, hazelnut praline and hot butterscotch sauce.

Some dishes are popular. Some become legends.

This one has become part of Jensen’s history.
