As a second-generation beekeeper, Kirsty has spent years learning the art of beekeeping from her dad, helping to continue a family tradition built on care, respect for the bees, and sustainable practices.

Demonstration Cook this Saturday!

Join us at the market as Jackson Gloyne, Head Chef at FINO Seppeltsfield, demonstrates how to transform a whole Abelsway Farm chicken into a delicious Chicken Au Poivre with roasted Barossa Gourmet Mushrooms.

Showcasing the principles of Store It Right, Use It All, Jackson will share practical tips on making the most of every ingredient, reducing food waste, and creating a restaurant-quality meal at home.

It's a great opportunity to pick up new skills, gather cooking inspiration, and see some of our fantastic local produce in action.
