We know the rumour mill has been busy with what’s next for our old building…

Unfortunately, the person who was planning to take the building and remaining equipment over has pulled out, after we’ve taken all required steps to remove the equipment they did not want to purchase - including the iconic wood fired pizza oven.

So….the lease is now available to be taken over, with the option of purchasing the remaining equipment. (Investment approx $18k plus rent $100 pw). Some other equipment also available for purchase that is no longer at the premises.

Equipment on premises includes coffee machine, some fridges & freezers, toastie maker, blender, dishwasher, autofry deep fryer, tables and chairs, as well as all plates, cups, cutlery, platters etc.

Other equipment for purchase, pizza/sandwich prep fridge, icecream freezer, more fridges.

We actually can’t believe there isn’t another keen entrepreneur out there willing to give it a crack….come out of your shell and have a go - there wouldn’t be a more affordable way to start your own business than this…we’ve sunk well over $100k into this place, and now we’re offering it to you for just $40k…make it your own…do whatever you want with the space 🥰

We’ll be listing our equipment for sale very soon, (in the coming week) so now is the time to pounce! Please share far and wide…you never know who’d love to open their own business (and let’s be honest, half the hard work is already done for you here!)

The signs are down.
The pizza oven is coming home.
We are really sad no one wanted to take on this amazing, ever evolving, and super fun beast.
All is not lost though…If you’d love to take on the premises…we’d be happy to leave most of our (near new) equipment, furntiure and fittings in place for a negotiated price.
Make the space your own, decide your own hours, be your own boss!
