I was pretty glad I kept a small secret stash of our insanely good gravalax at home as everything else was sold out in under a hour! Thanks for putting on a stellar show as always ... and what an awesome turnout. Thanks to those who snaffled some hot smoked salmon, gravalax, brisket and wings, and I will do a delivery run at the end of the month so get those orders in 🙂 Love, Betty xx

Order some of our super delicious salmon or free range smoked chicken available for pickup in Kangaroo Valley or delivery to Sydney every Friday. Smoked Wagyu brisket will be back on in the next two weeks as well.... so please get ordering! xo
