The Friendly Inn is famous for it's friendly service, great selection of beer wine & cider, and it's 7 days & nights a week informal bistro. There are three dining rooms inside the pub, with two available to be booked. Of course in summer the beer garden becomes the most popular room in the pub, with its beautiful views down to the River and up to the escarpment. Take a stroll though the Friendly Inn Community Garden or enjoy a game of botchi on our full size petanque court. Little kids are catered to with the shaded toddler playground, and bigger kids have lots of open lawn to explore. Ask about our function packages which include delivery, staff hire, and buy-back of unused stock

Sunday is family day at the kv bbq festival! Bring the kids and they can enjoy: bucking bull - nice and slow) face painting, tea cup rides, pony rides (actual unicorns!), a foam tunnel to cool down in; bring a towel!), postcard stall - what’s a postcard dad?
