It’s our last few days at North Shore. This weekend I want to celebrate all of our past and present employees, all the lessons, all the wins and all of the fabulous times we’ve had over the past three years. Tonight (Friday) the kitchen is open serving the full p.m. menu along with the bar open and kids tennis.

THIS SUNDAY SESSION- we have organised a little gatho on the deck and would love for you to join us to say “catch ya later”. It’s casual and unofficial … Everyone is welcome any time from 4 pm. It will be a lovely opportunity to thank everyone for their support over the last three years. 🫶🏼

As we wind up the beloved Grounded Cafe & hand over to North Shore Cafe….

Grounded’s last day of trade with be Tuesday March 24th. Kate will be in the cafe to say goodbye 🫶🏼

Grounded will be running on a basic menu of our delicious freshly baked and hand made display food and of course our delicious coffee from this Monday.

The next couple of weeks are going to be very busy for the morning shift and our last two weeks of Friday and Sunday nights. As we wind up, handover and say goodbye, we appreciate all of your support and patience.

Join us this afternoon from 3pm and enjoy a beverage from the North Shore bar, feed from the Grounded Cafe at Northshore, KIDS Tennis FUN plus the soulful sounds of Holly Denton 🍺🍔🎾🎶

'Holly Denton was born in Perth, WA and has been performing since the age of four. She has fronted numerous bands, including a duo with her father, Dean Denton (The Frames), performed solo at a number of large-scale events and travelled Australia touring her own music (currently available on Spotify) supporting a number of prestigious national and international artists.

Holly has appeared in a number of amateur and professional musicals and stage productions, including playing the leading lady in Ben Elton's We Will Rock You at His Majesty's, Crown Perth and The Regal Theatre.

Holly joined the radio scene in 2017, co-hosting a drive show on Radio Fremantle. This experience lead to her panelling and hosting her own community show in 2021 and eventually to traffic reporting on 6PR Perth (current).

In 2018, Holly joined Bamboozled Quiz Masters sparking a new love for hosting events. Since then, she has emceed hundreds of events including local pub quizzes, awards nights and online presentations. Currently, Holly works as the Game Day Ground Announcer for Swan Districts Football Club (WAFL) at Steel Blue Oval and the West Coast Eagles (AFL & AFLW) at Optus Stadium.

With a passion for country music, Holly is currently a member of the Australian Luke Combes/Morgan Wallen Tribute and regularly gigs all over WA. She is a stand out performer with an incredible vocal range, bound to entertain any audience'

This Saturday is Domdom’s last day with Grounded. Dommy, you have been my cafe rock, my dependable, my ear, my safe place. You are the most loyal, kind, hard working, caring soul and I hope you know how important you are to me. Watching you grow into the role over the past 2 to 3 years has been so wonderful. You are so organised and lead your team with kindness and fun. I am so grateful for you and I’m going to miss working with you so much. Love you and thank you 🙏🏽 Kate 🥹
