👑🍻 Fun Fact — The Origins of Oktoberfest!

Did you know the first Oktoberfest in 1810 wasn’t about beer at all? It was actually a royal wedding celebration for Crown Prince Ludwig of Bavaria and Princess Therese 👑💍

Locals loved the festivities so much — horse races, parades, and all — that they decided to do it again the next year… and the next… until the beer tents joined in and the tradition we know today was born 🍺🎉

🇩🇪 Dads, Wagons & Wanderlust — A Quirky German Father’s Day Tradition

In Germany, Father’s Day (Vatertag) comes with a playful twist. Groups of dads head out on scenic walks through parks, forests and countryside trails… pulling little wooden wagons behind them.
