🎂 BLUEBIRD BAKING STUDIO CAKE GIVEAWAY — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. There are no changes to the cake
2. Prize: One vanilla cake (7inch, product contains gluten, eggs & dairy, may contain traces of other allergens) with vanilla buttercream and a fondant Olaf decoration (beware toothpick supports). The prize has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
3. How to enter: To enter, participants must:
* Like and share the giveaway post;
* Follow Bluebird Baking Studio; and
* Comment on the giveaway post explaining why they would like to receive the cake.
4. Entry deadline: Entries close at 1:00pm Friday 28 August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
5. Winner selection: One winner will be selected from the eligible entries at random and announced/contacted on todayFriday 3pm afternoon.
6. Collection: The winner must be able to collect the cake from East Jindabyne on Friday 28 August 2026 between 5:00pm and 6:00pm. No delivery is available.
7. Eligibility: Entry is open to eligible participants who can meet the collection requirements above.
8. Valid entry: Bluebird Baking Studio reserves the right to exclude entries that do not meet these Terms & Conditions or contain offensive, inappropriate or unlawful content.
9. Unclaimed prize: If the selected winner cannot be contacted or cannot collect the prize within the specified collection period, Bluebird Baking Studio may select another eligible winner.
10. No purchase necessary: Entry is free and no purchase is required.
