To say a big thank you to all the UPH Dads, we have some pretty incredible chef's specials to offer 🫶🏽 They include,

🍽️ Grilled Scallops served with pea purée, crisp pancetta, fried leek
🍽️ Crispy Duck Salad served with moscato drunken apricots, hazelnuts, sprouts, mixed leaves, green apple balsamic dressing
