Today, we were challenged by a customer who claimed we’re “not a typical Chinese restaurant” because we don’t have Sweet and Sour Pork on the menu.

Well… that’s quite a stereotype! 😄

Sweet and Sour Pork is actually not a particularly popular dish in China. It’s much more associated with the Westernised Chinese restaurant experience.

And honestly, why should every Chinese restaurant serve exactly the same dishes? Wouldn’t that be boring?
