Hospitality 101 THANK YOU my new friend!
I wanted to share a post from a happy customer!

So, to celebrate that journey around the sun for another year I ventured to a brewery I've never been to
Located in a historic building , the architecture and old school vibes gives it a great feel. Staff were awesome from the bar staff to the kitchen staff, one young fella spied me buying a bottle of the barley w**e and shared with me a bit about it.
Anyways, went for a tasting paddle.
Federation L***r
Mount Castle IPA
Old
B**r Jesus Maple Syrup Barley W**e.
L***r was a great starter, actually stood out, I was quite impressed .
The IPA had lots going on, def need to revisit.
Old, dark toasty, yummmmmmm, this was very good.
But the star of the day, by the length of a country towns main drag, was the B**r Jesus 16% Barley W**e. This beverage was the last one made by brewer Stu Ritchie and the bottle reflects a bit about the man they dubbed "b**r Jesus". Now I never met him but the way the team spoke about him, you can tell he was well liked and clearly left a big mark.
Now , the barley w**e is sweet, I love sweet, really like a port. It was bloody awesome, a fitting tribute....and I bought a bottle to share his story with friends one day, keep the legend going.
Half an hour drive but this could be my new local.
It's a massive YAY from me.
Oh... forgot....food was top shelf too.
