Meet Mackenzie, one of our all-rounders here at the Esplanade Hotel, working across our Bistro, Kitchen and Bar.

Makenzie is energetic, bright and bubbly and a great addition to our team.
Something you might not know about Mac is that she is a National and State Enduro motorbike racer. When she’s not here, you’ll find her competing in races.

Her go-to singalong song is “Rein Me In”. Her favourite dishes are the saganaki, because the hot honey is to die for, and the chef’s curry, especially when it’s butter chicken.

When it comes to sport, Mac follows AFL and supports Hawthorn, with The Wiz being her favourite player.
Her favourite moment with the team so far has been working alongside and having a laugh with all her friends.
