We are looking for junior staff who are available to work on weekends, with the possibility of Friday and Saturday dinner shifts.

Bartender
We are also looking for an experienced bartender who is confident making cocktails and available for Friday and Saturday dinner shifts.

The Hoisters, featuring Mick Hill, Raymond Negro, and James Smee, are a popular local Gippsland band playing classic rock, pop, and blues covers from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Known for their lively sing-alongs, classic hits, and interactive sets, they are coming to Bluette this Sunday 28th June.
