The Tatts Hotel is a long-established pub in the main street of Inverell. The Hotel has a traditional Bar, Beer-garden, full TAB facilities and VIP Room open everyday of the week. We also host a large restaurant serving up the tastiest meals in town, open Monday to Saturday for lunches and Friday and Saturday nights for dinners. If your short on time we offer take-away meals and have a fully stocked adjoining Cellarbrations Bottle-shop for you to take advantage of.

We're incredibly proud to announce that The Tatts Hotel & Cellarbrations Inverell have secured the ONLY Australian allocation of Bladnoch Wave I – Time & Maturation.

Wave I celebrates Time & Maturation. Master Distiller Dr Nick Savage selected whiskies at their peak rather than by age, marrying exceptional ex-bourbon casks with the final release from the Waterfall series. The remaining whisky from each year's release is then carried forward into the next year's cask, creating a continuous "wave" that connects all five editions. By the final release, every chapter of the journey will live on in the whisky.

With just 1,817 bottles produced worldwide—a tribute to Bladnoch's founding in 1817—and Australia receiving just this single allocation, this is a genuine collector's piece.
