SORRY YALL!!! We have had some personal issues come up and we cannot attend this years NCHA Australia at the Australian Equine and Livestock Events Centre. We are devastated 😭😭 good luck to all our favourites! We cannot wait to see this years results 👑

9 YEARS AGO TODAY 🍻 STORY TIME
9 years ago we owned a butcher shop in Inverell and went to this thing called to scope their “Butcher Wars”! We had been doing a little catering on the side and once we got there, we knew we had to do THIS!
There was a Q&A session with a few people recommending to get some smaller pits and see what you liked. The one guy who said “I built the biggest pit I could and hustled” was from ! We followed his advice and 9 years later, we are still here, still smoking and still loving it all!
Over the years at we have judged, competed in the Butcher Wars, competed in the BBQ Wars, helped behind the scenes in NZ and vended!
To Jay and Simon from thanks for opening our eyes to a new world all those years ago and for the amazing job you have done with your festival, promoting the art of butchery and the support you show to small businesses like ours, you are truely the GOATs!
