About the Role:
🔸️ Casual position for the first 3 months, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time salaried position for the right candidate.
🔸️ Award wages paid in accordance with the Hospitality Industry Award
🔸️Opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried position after the initial 3 months, based on performance, reliability, and business needs
What We're Looking For
🔸️ Previous experience working in a busy café, restaurant, or bar
🔸️ Confident making coffee and operating a commercial espresso machine
🔸️ Experience preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
🔸️ Excellent customer service and communication skills
🔸️ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
🔸️ Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
🔸️ Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
Essential Requirements:
🔸️ Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
🔸️ Previous barista experience
🔸️ Previous bar experience
🔸️ Australian work rights
