Jyoti has spent much time traversing the world and in 2014 came to her family's home town with a vision of creating a space where she could translate her experiences onto the plate. It varies from vegetarian to vegan, and there are a bunch of raw and gluten-free options. We have house-roasted cold brew and filter coffees and feature T2 Tea. There are beautiful smoothies, juices (including cold pressed) and house-made chutneys & jams. From humble beginnings growing up in a rainforest in Tasmania, to living in Sydney and then 10 years in Melbourne, Jyoti has accumulated 20 years of hospitality experience ranging from owning night clubs to running cafes and bars to coordinating events. Pollen 185 has a beautiful staff team featuring three highly experienced baristas. Welcome to our living room!

Love & Cake // Prep, transport of cakes, of me, and friends… slicing, selling, photos, bath running, breakfast & late night snack manager, laundry, masseuse, love & compliment, hug & smooch giver. You never wavered, you supported me through it all. And you made this year a million percent easier, funnier, & shinier than ever before. Thank you thank you thank you.

Life got to stand still for a moment. I could write essays on this part of Tasmania. Born just around the corner, this land is full of magic and memories. is a dream - every touch - so purposely elegant and the gardens endless to meander through. (Geographical pun) The light, the darkness, the shadows. The bed - ooooooh the comfy bed, the hot tub under the stars. Or at dawn. Or all day long. Oh oh oh thank you thank you for having and I….
