🏅 Another medal for Mama Kim’s!

After our three kimchi varieties all received medals at the 2026 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show, our Kimchi Chilli Oil has joined them with a BRONZE MEDAL! 🥉
This one is very special to me. ❤️

Mama Kim’s Kimchi Chilli Oil was inspired by the irresistible flavour of kimchi sizzling in a hot pan. Made with our savoury kimchi powder and chilli, it brings a rich, toasty kick to almost anything.
Drizzle it over dumplings, eggs, noodles, pasta, oysters, soups or even hot chips. 🌶️

SILVER MEDAL WINNER 🥈

We are so proud that Mama Kim’s Signature Baek Kimchi has been awarded a Silver Medal at the 2026 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.

Baek Kimchi is a traditional Korean white kimchi made without chilli heat. It is naturally fermented using traditional methods, creating a crisp texture, gentle tang and a clean, refreshing finish. The delicate bubbles are a beautiful sign of natural fermentation, giving it a light natural effervescence.
