Here’s our menu for this Saturday — and we’re especially fired up about our NEW Cowgirl Candy.
If you loved our Cowboy Candy, the Cowgirl version will knock you on your ass…
Charred pineapple, smoked jalapeño, pickled then candied in our special sugar syrup.
A hell of a process — absolutely worth it.

Salami season update, and it’s a good one.
Croatian sausage is starting to emerge from the smoke house, rich, smoky and exactly where we want it.
Despite the humidity throwing curveballs, the sausages, coppas and speck are curing beautifully and the flavour is phenomenal.
Josh's custom built smoke house must be secret ingredient 🤌

We’ll be trading in our usual Hurstbridge spot on Sat 18 July.
After that, we’ll be at Wattlefest.. and may do another Sat night in between, who knows. Menu will be released closer to the 18th July. Stay tuned 🔥

All the good things: Slow smoked chopped beef. Cheese Sauce. Caramelised onions. Burger sauce. House made bread and butter pickles.
