This Saturday night’s menu is a big one 🔥
It’s finally here… we’re rolling out South African BBQ (Braai) and bringing a flavour bomb to Hurstbridge.

You voted, now it’s on 💪Our take on the classic South African sausage Boerewors is hitting the smoker and we’re pumped!

This week’s burnt ends: Braai Brisket Burnt Ends with a South African Braai glaze.

On the platter: Peri‑Peri smoked chicken, smoked beef rib, Boerewors sausage + all the sides.

Ramblers Beef Burger: Or as we like to call it, our meal-in-a-burger. Chopped smoked beef smothered in cheese sauce.

This is the result of a 4am finish last night cooking all of our briskets for you beautiful people today 😍🔥..They came out so god damn delicious! Hope to see you all today down at the Hurstbridge Primary School from 5pm 💯
