Last week we had the pleasure of installing our custom built in Rotiserrie in a new shop due to open late April.

It is vertically gear driven with a massive 100kg capacity motor & slide in/out cutting tray.

Parilla grill also for cooking steaks etc

Work in progress.....
We had the pleasure of manufacturing and retrofitting our gear driven spit roaster mechanisms to this existing BBQ.

Vertical & Horizontal gears allowing various cooking options.

We also added some grill supports and fire bricks.
