Sooooo, me and Matt Cameron at Valhalla BBQ have been thinking.

Given how busy our collabs have been, we are contemplating another pop up together, with some of the old faces from Bad Boy and some bloody nice smoked meat packs from the legend himself.

Who would be keen ??

I like cooking my pork, like my running. Slow

Na joking. I dont run.

But you guys need to know, we do it all from scratch.

Nothing is coming out of a packet here! Its what separated us in Roberts Ave. And continues to separate us here.

Its actually more expensive to buy in the pork shoulder and cook it. But.... worth it. Its my seasoning and I know theres no crap in it that I cant explain.

Alright, we’ll admit it… the food pics on our ordering app might have had a little help from AI 👀😂

But the flavour? The recipes? The love and effort that goes into the food? AI can’t replicate that.

After everything we learnt through the Bad Boy Burger Co. days — countless services, plenty of experimenting and a ridiculous amount of food — we’ve had plenty of time to perfect these Bad Boys!

We’re bloody excited to be bringing these snacks back to Horsham with Bad Boy Pop-Up Co.

See you Friday 👊🍔🔥
