One week. A whole lot of hard work, and an incredible group of people behind it.
We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped bring the Holbrook Bakery to life in such a short amount of time. From Sharon McCarthy Colour Curator, McClellans Carpet Court, QA Kitchens, Casey’s Plumbing & Contracting, Ben McKenna Carpentry, Wilson’s Electrical and Frederico Poggi Painting Services — every person played a part in turning the vision into reality.
To our kids, who didn’t really get a choice but still showed up through the late nights and the many arguments over where the tables should go and what colour the walls should be. We couldn’t have done it without you.
And of course, to our amazing Holbrook Bakery staff, who put in countless hours and went above and beyond to get everything ready.
We’re incredibly grateful for the time, effort and care that went into creating what the bakery is today, and we are so happy we get to share this with our community 🩵
